In the programme overview, you can find a link that provides detailed information about your assigned room - we highly recommend to check immediately before the congress whether we had to make any changes regarding the rooms. We kindly ask all users of apple-devices to bring the usual adapters. 

The content conception of your event is entirely up to you. We would like to recommend to plan the event in such a way that all planned verbal contributions can be taken into account within the limited time frame of 2h 45min. Previous congresses have shown that visitors tend to move between events. In the overall programme planning we aim to avoid that your speakers are affected by this.
